Concept mobility design via cinematic narrative exploration. A conceptual exterior mobility inspired by the Sardaukar, the Emperor's elite force from Dune (2021), developed by integrating generative AI into the design process instead of following a conventional transportation design approach.

Rather than recreating the film's visual style, I explored how the Sardaukar's culture, hierarchy, and desert environment could shape a vehicle for their world. The final board presents a user scenario to place the design within that setting.

Instead of using conventional automotive references, I created object-based mood boards with Midjourney. These references became the starting point for the vehicle's visual language. The process was not linear: mood boards, sketches, and prompts were repeatedly refined, and each iteration fed back into the next stage.

A background image was generated from text prompts based on the desert environment of Dune. A simple Blender render was then composited with it in Photoshop. Rather than relying on existing assets, I challenged myself to develop custom backgrounds for this project.
